You can submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted if the item you received is non-compliant, damaged, or defective.
Customized products are not eligible for return.
We currently do not offer refunds. Approved returns may be exchanged for a replacement item or store credit, subject to availability.
